Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes! We bring our own eco-friendly cleaning products and equipment. If you have special preferences, let us know and we’ll be happy to accommodate.
What is your cancelation policy?
We require 48 hours’ notice for cancelations. Canceling within 24 hours or locking us out on arrival may result in a 50% fee. You can contact us at [email protected] or text 775-462-6686 to reschedule or cancel.
Do you clean Airbnb or short-term rentals?
Absolutely! We offer fast, reliable turnover cleanings for Airbnb and vacation rentals in Reno and Sparks. Services include linen resets, restocking, and guest-ready finishes.
Do you offer move-out or deep cleaning?
Yes! We specialize in deep cleans and move-in/move-out services. Perfect for renters, realtors, or anyone needing a thorough top-to-bottom clean.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, ACH bank transfers, and checks. Contact us if you’d like to set up alternative billing arrangements.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, Bon Voyage, LLC is fully licensed and insured to operate in Nevada. We're happy to provide proof of insurance upon request.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many of our clients provide access via door codes, lockboxes, or garage entry. Whether you’re home or away, we’ll treat your space with care and professionalism.
Do you offer referral discounts?
Yes! When you refer a friend, both you and your referral will receive $25 off your next cleaning. It’s a win-win.
